Coffee jelly (コーヒーゼリー)

is something nostalgic to us, Japanese staff at Våg. Mako made few out of coffee discard one day, and now we sell it as our version of is latte Pour cream over the jelly, and stir it with a spoon. You see how the coffee marble is made. Cream can be swapped with other alternatives (coffee from Jacu Coffee Roastery makes it even better)
