Our Matcha Lime Cake is something brought by Ylva. It has a perfect balance of acidity from lime and grassy notes with a subtle sweetness of Matcha. The bottom is made with a mix of almond and hazel nuts. Topped with meringue cookie. (Egg, milk, almonds, hazel nuts)
